Hey yall,

I've more or less finished this first pass of the proposal and I can use some feedback. Asking for 21M sky-core-hours which is marginally less than HadSpec received last year and that we got with the adjustment. This will be used to continue the 2pt contractions onto two of the 280 Mev ensembles we need for the gluon and quark singlet projects.
