[Hadstruct] Scheduling meetings

Hey everyone,

It looks like we should keep the Wednesday morning meeting as is and move the Monday morning meeting to Friday. I think it's fine to make that Friday meeting remote since many people won't be around VA anyway. If namely the students are interested, we can still have some less formal meetings Monday afternoon to meet and go through those things which are easier in person.

Best,
Joe

Thanks to everyone who has filled it out. Please do so if you care about when the meetings are. It is looking like Mon afternoon and Wed morning will be the winners.

Let's start meeting again next week. I'll send out calendar invites later this week when I book a room for the inperson.

Subject: Scheduling meetings

Hey everyone,

I hope you have all had a nice break and are excited for the new year. There have been many complaints about our scheduled meetings, so I am passing around a calendar to attempt to reschedule some. https://www.when2meet.com/?28142298-9IkQf

A few comments I've been given that deserve some thought and input from yall. It'd be nice to have the in person meeting later in the day. The more general meeting should be the early in the week than the more analysis/computing one. Do we need the second meeting?

Please fill it out with your availability this upcoming semester. I forget when people begin to return, but I suggest we begin meeting again on the week of the 13th.

Best,
Joe
