 I will look.
I only  meant that In a two-loop quar/gluon or  gluon/quark diagram, one loop may have UV divergence, and another IR.

However, since UV divergence is local (I recall now  that Jianwei was saying something like that) , such a situation may produce no mixing.

As far as I can tell these papers argue that there is no UV mixing.
