Hi Savvas,

In fact, we have an all-hands meeting at the lab this Friday, so Joe and I would be out.  I do think there might be a case for a second call, or at least some flexibility in our weekly call to account for conferences etc..

Dear Colleagues,

 Due to my teaching schedule (which is now Monday-Wednesday 9-10:20 am) I cannot attend today’s conference call. Furthermore, due to the change of my status (no longer JLab Staff), I have to concentrate more on my W&M tasks (teaching and service) and therefore I no longer have time for two conference calls per week. I do not think they are needed anyway. I suggest that we only have one conference call per week (Friday morning works for me).
