Well, it seems there is a strong feeling that if you have a world-famous brand (pseudo-PDF), stick with it, but I have at least tried to make it consistent. I’ve implemented Raza’s suggestions and typos, added something hardwiring about the (frankly unknown)
cost of correlation functions. I’m out of action tomorrow, at least in the day time, so will submit early evening.</div>
