Please find attached the draft USQCD proposal.  It is largely as we talked about on Wednesday - extending the flavor-singlet, and in particular the gluon matrix elements, to a further lattice, in this case the beta = 6.5 lattice, the addition of the correlators


 to do kaon physics, and also reflecting the fact that we can now, thanks to the new “genprop4” improvements, compute the GPD matrix elements across our ensembles.  I’m basically using the same ensembles as we used last year, to orthogonalized the proposal


 to that we submitted to ALCC and to LRAC.  The numbers are generally aligned with what we got last year, but less for the KNL nodes which perhaps we have not used effectively.  I need to do a fair bit of wordsmithing, and also the dreaded DMP….</div>
