Here is the document with some description of what we are doing. It has not been updated for a while. I think it is a good idea of whoever is working on something to write some text indicating the status of the project.

<div class="">Perhaps it is not the best way to keep track of what is going on but this is what we have at the moment. Note that sheets are good for tables but we need more than just tables to have a record of what is going hence this is a plane document. Can

 we come up with a structured set of metadata that describes each subproject? Ideas are welcome!</div>
