There was a discussion Wednesday about how to properly renormalize the pseudo-ITDs and their generalized analogs when using an SVD to isolate all contributing amplitudes to a bare matrix element. This clearly will delay the quark helicity further but will establish
a framework that we can use in the off-forward case.</div>
