The Scientific Program Committee (SPC) has finalized its recommendations<br>

for allocations on USQCD resources, and these recommendations have been<br>

accepted by the Executive Committee. The allocation for your project<br>

entitled "Parton Distribution Functions and Amplitudes of the<br>

Pseudoscalar Mesons and the Nucleon from Lattice QCD" is 17.4 M<br>

Sky-core-hours on 24s in Jlab.<br>

<br>

While your project furthers the scientific goals of the USQCD<br>

Collaboration, we cannot allocate all of the time you requested to it,<br>

because the requests we received this year far exceed the available<br>

resources.<br>

Furthermore, your allocation above is contingent upon precisely<br>

following the proposed run plan. Otherwise you may not be able to use<br>

all of the allocated time above.<br>
