[Halla12_software] test of SoLID document database

Hi, folks

Marty from CC has worked with us for a while to setup a document 
database for SoLID.
For better integration with the jlab IT system and better functionality, 
we opt to have a new tool built instead of using the DocDB server.
It's called JDocDB and ready for test now.
The test address is at
http://cnidlamp.jlab.org/12GeV/SoLID/JDocDB/

The main functionality is similar to DocDB.
you can submit various type documents and update with new version. and 
you can create event like a meeting to associate with documents. then 
you can search, subscribe change and all sorts of other things.

Please check out the help section where content will be added in later.
Do any test you want and we will wipe out before launching it.
To upload content and make change, you need to login with your jlab account.

Please note this won't replace our wiki meeting page, this will serve as 
a better way to store document instead of file directory we currently using.

Please give me comment/suggestion as soon as you have it.
Let's plan to have the test till end of holiday and bring the formal 
system up early Jan.
