[Halla12_software] solid simulation task and meeting

Hi all,
Sorry for being out of the conversation the last few days. I'm finally
getting back to normal in Massachusetts.
I have a phone meeting during that time Wednesdays. Any other time that
day should be OK.
If we're talking about direct ROOT file output, Simona, you can see a
working version of ROOT output (which is compiled into the simulation,
rather than an external script) that's in the solid svn repository. To
do this you have to compile in the ROOT libraries, so additions have to
be made to the makefiles.
