[Halla12_software] new version of go_table script

Hi Zhiwen,

you might want to put all the geometry into $GEMC/database_io repository. You can create a halla12 subdirectory there and follow the structure of clas12 subdirectory).
To create subdir in subversion use svn mkdir. 

That way we'll have everything in one place, very useful for when the API will improve.
