[Halla12_software] unified PVDIS and SIDIS solenoid

Hi, folks

As we are trying to unify the yoke design for PVDIS and SIDIS, I have 
changed some geometry files in SVN and updated main database
rename solid_BaBar_PVDIS_solenoid.pl to solid_BaBar_solenoid.pl
rename solid_CDF_SIDIS_solenoid.pl to solid_CDF_solenoid.pl
remove solid_BaBar_SIDIS_solenoid.pl

Now we have solid_CDF_solenoid.pl and solid_BaBar_solenoid.pl match our 
field map and yoke design.

SIDIS may need longer endcup, we shall evaluate it and modify design 
accordingly.
