[Halla12_software] solid_geometry updated with more PVDIS subsystems

hi, folks

I updated solid_geometry with all PVDIS subsystem, added gem and 
ec_forwardangle.
They are in sync with svn now.

The solid_BaBar_PVDIS.gcard is updated in svn also.
