[Halla12_software] CLEO solenoid in database

hi folks

The new version of CLEO solenoid with additional edge in downstream 
endcup is in the database "solid_geometry" of soliddb.
You can call it by "solid_CLEO_solenoid" in GEMC gcard file.

The corresponding field map file is here

Various subsystems for CLEO can be stared with a copy of its BaBar version.
