[Halla12_software] a bug fixed in eicRate which causes code crash

Hi, All

eicRate has a bug to store tree content in mem and only save to file at end.
This causes its mem use keeps increasing and crashs when running a large 
number of events.
It's fixed in eicOutput.cxx in SVN
