[Halla12_software] possible misuse of FLUX hit bank in GEMC

hi, All

If you use the FLUX hit bank in GEMC to define different part of 
detector with same detector ID, the output result can have problem.
For example, a chamber has two layer of gases and they have same ID 
defined in their geometry files, that could be a problem.
So the suggestion is to use separate ID for different detector parts.
