[Halla12_software] use a graphic SVN client

The SoLID SVN should have the latest version of our code, (except in 
some special case like the baffle for now.)
Major changes should be announced here and/or documented on wiki.
But if you missed the email or didn't notice the updated content on 
wiki, you may find some problem when running the code.

I think a good idea is to use a graphic SVN client to get alerts once 
any update happens in SVN. I use "kdesvn" and you may check out this list
