[Halla12_software] SoLID rate and background

hi, folks

To provide input for various detector and DAQ study, I try to put rate 
and background here

There are root trees and histograms can be used as direct into to feed 
into detector simulation.

Currently I finished SIDIS with He3 target and working on PVDIS with LD2 
target.
