[Halla12_software] geometry and material update for SoLID

Dear ALL

Some geometries and materials for SoLID are updated to more realistic 
one to help with background study.
For details, please see change log in SVN
here is a brief summary.
1. GEM with right coverage and realistic material similar to SBS 
simulation code. The first two chamber of gas are sensitive also similar 
to SBS code.
2. Cherenkov with real windows and gas, still no mirror. and virtual 
detector at its entrance.
3. MRPC with glass material

the main table solid_geometry is in sync with SVN
