[Halla12_software] a bug in "gemc_evio2root" and possible also in "banks"

hi, All

I found a bug in "gemc_evio2root"
Its output root tree with starting index 1 while a tree should be with 
start index 0.
This is a particular problem when you need to link information between 
GEMC output and a event generator (eg eicRate) output which has tree 
correctly start at 0.
So you have to be careful in coding to take care the mismatch.

I plan to fix the bug later after SoLID review or GEMC 2.0 release to 
avoid the need of regenerating root files for now.

The same bug could be also in "banks".
Could any of you, using "banks" to convert evio to root,check if it has 
the problem and report here?
