[Halla12_software] current baffle in "babarbafflemore1" and photon block SVN

The current baffle "babarbafflemore1" and the photon block in front of 
EC are in SVN

solid_CLEO_PVDIS_ec_forwardangle_block.pl
solid_CLEO_PVDIS_ec_forwardangle_block_kill.pl

solid_CLEO_PVDIS_baffle_babarbafflemore1_enclosure.pl is a special file 
to be used with solid_CLEO_PVDIS_target_enclosure.pl so that the 1st 
plane baffle is inside scattering chamber.

Currently, the photon block is overlapping with GEM 4,5 planes and can't 
be used at same time.
