Hi everyone,

I've updated svn repository with the eicRate code that we use for 
GEMC/solgemc to include a uniform weight pion generator for pi+/-/0 
(models 12-14).  The weight/rate variable is now constant for a 
generated set of pions and still represents how to calculate counts and 
counts/s.  It produces events on the order of a few kHz on a modern 
machine and there are some smaller projects in improving the efficiency 
of this code if anyone is interested. Let me know if you have any 
problems or questions.
