[Halla12_software] GEMC installation method updated

ceInstall_1.0.tar.gz is updated
It fix the problem where gemc_evio2root is not in search path
Please do this to update

setenv JLAB_ROOT your_installation_path
setenv JLAB_VERSION 1.0
cd $JLAB_ROOT
wget 
http://www.jlab.org/12gev_phys/packages/sources/ceInstall/ceInstall_$JLAB_VERSION.tar.gz
tar -zxpvf ceInstall_$JLAB_VERSION.tar.gz
wget http://www.jlab.org/~zwzhao/eic/download/ceInstall_mod.tar.gz
tar -zxpvf ceInstall_mod.tar.gz
cp ceInstall_mod/qt.env ceInstall_mod/root.env $JLAB_VERSION/ce/
cp ceInstall_mod/go_qt4_link ceInstall_mod/go_all_* $JLAB_VERSION/install/
