[Halla12_software] a temporary gemc 2.2

Hi, All

To use some fine tuned field parameters and our latest field map using 
linear interpolation here

I have updated gemc 2.2 with some temporary fix here
https://jlabsvn.jlab.org/svnroot/solid/tmp/2.2/
If you are using JLAB_VERSION=1.2 and solid_gemc, do the following to 
use the fix

source your set_solid
cd $GEMC/../
mv 2.2 2.2_old
svn co https://jlabsvn.jlab.org/svnroot/solid/tmp/2.2
cd 2.2/source
scons OPT=1 LIBRARY=shared
cd $SoLID_GEMC/source/2.2
scons OPT=1
