[Halla12_software] road to gemc 2.6 and help areas

Hi all,

gemc 2.6 is development is underway.

The main additions will be the a touchable library to make energy sharing
mechanism more intuitive, and the G4 Analysis tools.

There are some specific projects where we could use some help:

- creation of RPM / Linux tarballs to ease the pain of gemc installation
- Virtual machine downloads  to ease the pain of gemc installation
- Cross section validation at JLab energies - with the G4 Analysis tools in
place we could verify that the physics coming out of geant4 matches reality.
