We are writing to update on the agenda and parking for the coming sPHENIX simulation workfest at StonyBrook University.<br>
<br>
Starting Monday 9AM, the workfest will start with introduction/overview on sPHENIX, which is followed by tutorial sessions on simulations. The agenda is available on the timetable: ( <a href="https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=1237" target="_blank">https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=1237</a> ). For remote participants, these sessions will be available through BlueJeans too. The work part of the workfest starts Tuesday afternoon. Progress report and topical discussions are available in the morning times of Wednesday to Friday.<br>

For participants with parking needs, please first park on the faculty/staff parking lot on Monday, come to the conference room to get the parking stickers, then put one sticker back on your car to avoid ticketing. The locations for parking lot and conference room are highlighted here:<br>
