[halla_compton] No Compton meeting today - a few updates

Hi everyone -

I don't think we need to have a meeting today, but I'd like to give some 
updates on the system in the hall.

1. Last week I managed to get the cavity locking again (after more than 
1 year), although the power is a bit lower.  There are some things I 
don't understand that will require some investigation (inconsistency in 
output power and power in reflected photo-dioide).  Summary in this log

2. The photon table is hooked up again, but not yet moving.  I hope to 
get that working this morning.

3. The old LeCroy HV crate that we share with the Moller stopped working 
and is not reparable.  Bill Henry bought a new CAEN HV crate and the 
Moller folks are working with it now.  The crate has been relocated so 
some new cables had to be pulled (thanks again to Bill).

4. After the table motion is restored, I plan to install the 
lead-tungstate detector and the "JAWS" collimator.
