[halla_compton] Hall A Compton meeting tomorrow at 4:30 pm (note later start time)

Hi everyone -

There will be a Hall A Compton meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, April 9).  
Due to a slight time overlap with the EIC Polarimetry meeting, I would 
like to move the start of the Compton meeting to 4:30 pm this week.
