Hall A Meeting, Sept. 28, 2010

Brad Sawatzky:
	DVCS RC report  (see below)

Ed Folts:
	Cardboard boxes located behind Control Room racks need to be removed
	(they represent a fire hazard). Ed can help with their removal and
	storage.
	
Bert Manzlak:
	Read and sign safety documentation prior to taking shifts
	
Ole Hansen:
     adaql6 -- down for work on disk
     adaql8 -- no longer operational (removed)

Arun Saha:
	Need a list of targets available during DVCS with their operational 
restrictions.
	
Dennis Skopik:
	The JLab performance appraisal process has started - supervisors need 
to activate
	the appraisal forms for the personnel they supervise.

Jiang-Ping Chen:
	Introduces Zhiwen Zhao. He started as postdoc for Xiaochao Zheng (UVa)
last month. His main work will be on the polarized 3He target (Xiaochao is a
spokesperson on A1n for both Hall A and Hall C) and simulation (GEANT4) for
PVDIS with the SOLID. He will also help with the 6 GeV PVDIS analysis and
participating in Hall A experiments.
