Minutes of Hall A Group Meeting: November 27, 2018

1. Douglas Higinbotham
   a. No Senior Staff meeting
   b. Congratulations on a successful run

2. Jessie Butler
   a. Working on APEX preparations
   b. Working with Silviu on the target motioning mechanism
   c. Hall access on Monday and Tuesday for Target Group to repair target transfer line
   d. During the access we entered the hall and did a check of vacuum system
   e. Completed the pre-beam checklist on Tuesday ahead of restoring beam to the hall

3. Robin Wines
   a. APEX
     i. Continue checking and fixing items for installation
   b. PREX2/CREX
     i. Checking target location and beam line
     ii. Continue on beam dump shielding redesign
     iii. Sky shine shielding support drawings completed
   c. SoLID
     i. Revising cost estimate
     ii. Working on phase 1 of capital equipment project
   d. MOLLER
     i. Setting up review of magnet coil
