b)	We are ready for the beam tonight and have a full 
run plan for the next week, to commission the new 
beamline elements, the HRS detectors and DAQ, and 
the new 3rd arm detector.

2)	Sirish Nanda
a)	12 GeV Compton designs are making good progress.
b)	Discussing possibilities to commission the 
upgraded electron detector during Spring 2012.
3)	Bob Michaels
a)	There is a power outage during the Christmas 
holidaysvaffecting Cebaf Center, EEL, and Test 
Lab from Dec 23 through Jan 1.
