Dear collaborators,
the experiment has been doing rather well since the ESR crash. And the
turbine from Fermi Lab is on site and is being installed to be kept as
back-up. It seems cryo is ready to support us off the CHL for our needs in
cooling power for the target. We got most part of the moller commisionning
done and the tune in the Compton chicane is good right now.
The target was cooled down yesterday and some data could be taken to set
the HAPPEX detector up along with beam checks for the beam at 3 pass and
some optics data.
Accelerator has delivered 100 uA this morning so we should be in pretty
good shape for the week-end.

I also remind that see we are getting closer from production and as a rule
of thumb that book keeping is important so any changes should be recorded
and shift checklist should be filled.

I remind that we will have the daily HAPPEX meeting at 3 pm this
afternoon on the 2nd floor of the counting house for the latest updates,
plan for the week-end and discuss the issues for the experiment.

I listed with Kent some issues to be resolved before we can start
production, feel free to add problems or issues you might have so we try
to resolve them this week-end.

One last item, the spin dance should happen on Monday but we might be able
to arrange it for Sunday if all the interested parties manage to
coordinate. This will be confirmed.
