[Halla_parity] URGENT! Target Operator needed for tonights owl shift

Dear Collaborators,
We are in desperate need of a trained cryo target operator for the
upcoming owl shift.  Please consider filling-in for this shift.  Also,
there are several gaps in the shift-list in the near future.  Please check
your schedules and consider filling in some of these gaps.  If everyone
took one extra shift we could fill the rest of the shift assignments.
