[Halla_parity] Today's PVDIS meeting postponed to 4:00PM

People are currently still working in the Hall to fix the magnets and various issues and the hall will be locked up at 4:00 pm to do compton tuning. I'd like to postpone today's PVDIS meeting to 4:00pm so that we can have a better idea what can be expected tomorrow.
