[Halla_parity] work disk changes (/work/halla/parity)

Tomorrow (Fri Oct 16) the files on /work/halla/parity/disk2
will be moved to disk1 and our quota increased.  The link that
is disk2 will point to the new place so nobody gets lost
(except perhaps during a brief time at ~9 am for the move).
The net result of this will be that both parity and other
experiments get some more disk and are decoupled.  I have a
request in for even more disk to satisfy several requests
including parity; it is being considered by computer center
but is likely 2 or 3 months away from becoming available.

Note that all 3 parity experiments share the work disk.
This improves efficiency but demands cooperation.

Please REMEMBER that work disk is a scratch disk which is
not backed up; keep important files in MSS or on /u/home.
Plan as though the files on work may disappear at any time.
