[Halla_parity] Happex Shifts Need to be Filled

Dear Collaborators,

 	We have a couple of shifts that must be filled: the shift leader 
in the swing shift tomorrow (Friday, September 18) and the target operator 
in the owl shift on Sunday, September 20.  Please sign up and help us to
