[Halla_parity] shift takers needed for owl tonight

Dear collaborators,
There are two holes in the shift list for tonight's owl (Tuesday owl).  We
need a shift leader and trained target operator.  Part of the problem for
this shift is that it is just before a long (2shift) beam studies period,
with hall A in restricted access, and all/most of the HAPPEx/PVDIS
students and experts will need to do work in the hall starting in the
morning.  Volunteers for this duty would be much appreciated by the
collaboration.  We could even make some arrangements to split the shift
into 2 parts to help reduce the stress of pulling an all-nighter since
this is a last minute request.
