[Halla_parity] NO 3pm meeting today

Dear Collaborators:

Starting Day-shift yesterday we stopped taking beam due to the target 
vacuum problem. We are on "restricted access" mode after that. Because of 
a high radiation level, the target chamber is still roped off. An RWP will 
be in place for the target work and ONLY designated people will 
investigate the possible leak in the scattering chamber starting this 
afternoon.

Starting this afternoon, the quartz detector alignment group (Dustin 
et. al.) will be working in the hall. We also do not have much activity 
since yesterday's 3 PM meeting, today's 3 PM meeting is canceled.

Regarding shift-volunteer's duty: today's day-shift has already been 
canceled and swing-shift is put on standby mode. Please stay tuned for 
other updates.
