[Halla_parity] PREX status and the O-ring story

PREX has been stopped for nearly a week because of
a vacuum leak on the target exit flange.  First we had
to let the RADCON conditions improve, order more O-rings,
prepare tools, and modify the tungsten shield which had
been in place during HAPPEX-2 and which will protect the
ill-fated O-ring.  Today all this work was completed,
thanks to Ed Folts and his crew.  The O-ring will dry
out overnight and we'll pump down tomorrow.  If all
goes well, we'll be running PREX again on Wednesday.
