[Halla_parity] Hall Sweep

Hi All,
Since we seem to be progressing nicely in terms of target cooldown I 
have tentatively
set a RadCon sweep of the the hall for ~4pm. The exact time will depend 
on Ed's crew
and when they will be ready.
In order for everything else to be ready please make sure that all work 
you are doing in the hall
be done by that time.
