[Halla_parity] PREX status & meeting today

PREX has been in production mode since owl shift
April 16.  We've collected 6 Coulombs of data;
the goal is 130 C.

A big thanks to Guy Ron, the previous RC, for
getting us into production.  I'm the new RC
starting today.

We'll meet at 3 pm today to discuss the data
and our plans.  The usual phone line

We've been running at 54 uA; proposal was for
50 uA x 30 days.  We can probably go higher
(70 uA ?) but plan to first collect data for
one week and prove we have good systematics,
placing emphasis on improving the performance
of the Moller and Compton polarimeters -- they
are very close to being what we need.
