[Halla_parity] Shifts Cancelled Until Swing 5/1/2010

All,

PREX shifts have been canceled until swing on Saturday, May 1, 2010. 
After running on carbon, the target has cooled to the point where it can
be leak checked and repaired if a leak is found.
