There is NO meeting Monday.  It's a lab holiday, plus
we have a collab. mtg. on Feb 19-20 at JLab.

If you're giving a talk, note the allotted time and
give 5 minutes for discussion.  Also, everyone should
not be shy to point out problems !  E.g. there's 
presently a problem with our MPS timing structure,
so someone should bring it up (I don't want to dwell
on that now, just stating it as an example).
