Monday's PREX meeting is in L207 at 3 pm.  It's a lab holiday but I
think many of us will be around.

And don't forget the 1-day collab. mtg. on Sat Jan 30.  We'll go over
issues related to the upcoming run and formulate a run plan.

Please sign up for shifts.  Locally based people are asked to delay
until Jan 25, but that's not a "hard" rule.  It's just a courtesy to
the people far away so they have the flexibility to make travel plans.
It's understood, however, that some local people may have time constraints
as well, so feel free to sign up early in that case.
