[Halla_parity] winter storm and PREX mtg

Some people have asked me if we plan to cancel or postpone Saturday's
PREX meeting because of the antcipated winter storm.

The answer: we'll all wake up Saturday and see.  Often these storms
are over-hyped by the media, but if the roads are impassable, use common
sense and don't come in.  Also, I'll send out an e-mail Sat morning 8 am
if the meeting is cancelled; absence of that e-mail means it's still on.
