It would help a lot of people signed up as TO, since at least a TO
a 2nd person is necessary to perform a shift.

Tomorrow (Monday) we'll be repairing the target vacuum.  The exact
schedule for startup is a little uncertain at the moment but should
be announced by tomorrow early afternoon.  I would suggest that for
filling holes in the schedule you aim for Wed Day shift and beyond.
