[Halla_parity] HAPPEX/PREX transverse asymmetry paper, draft 8

Dear Colleagues and Co-authors

You may recall that back in March we were circulating a draft of a
letter for publication about transverse asymmetries measured during
HAPPEX and PREX.  Many of you commented on this.  Meanwhile, the
paper has undergone extensive modifications to the theoretical
discussion, thanks largely to our new theory co-authors.  Please
take a look at the draft below.  We intend to submit this to PRL
soon -- 1 or 2 weeks.   Check the author list, please !
