[Halla_parity] PVDIS long paper v0.3

Dear All:

I am happy to say that we are ready to circulate the first draft of the PVDIS long paper. You can download it from:

As you will see from the cover page, this is intended for Phys. Rev. C.  However, I am using the elsevier template so that I can use line numbers for easier editing. 

I hope that you will read at least part of the draft.  In particular, I'd like to see sections 1 (formalism/theory), 4 (Results), and 5 (Summary) to be checked thoroughly to avoid any possible mistakes. 

I'd like to start working on an updated version in about two weeks from now, during the week of September 15th.  So I will appreciate it if you can send in your comments by then.
