[Halla_parity] Slides for PREX/CREX collaboration meeting

We will try to put slides for the talk at a temporary location. (This is just a temporary solution so you can page through and see them more easily during the meeting. Eventually, all the slides will be linked directly from the agenda page, but that is not a real-time process.)
